The Feminine

The feminine cyclical body, qualities, and energy are so beautiful and so powerful, yet so undervalued and undersupported.

It seems like most things in our modern world are working against it, rather than for it. From environmental toxins and toxins in our cosmetics to intense pressures surrounding work and status, to unhealthy diets, over-exercising, under-exercising, and much more. These external disruptors combined with inner mental and emotional challenges surrounding womanhood can contribute to a host of hormonal imbalances and lack of genuine inner peace and ease.

Our feminine energy and cyclical natures are precious. We must nurture and support it. Through matching our food and exercise to where we are in our cycle for example, and on a deeper level, by healing our inner relationship to all things related to womanhood.

I am passionate about supporting women in their healing journey

Both in 1 on 1 sessions and in women’s circles, using expertise from all areas of psychology, nutrition, yoga, and an understanding of the feminine hormonal system. Depending on the individual, this involves optimising nutrition, self-care, rest, and movement to your hormonal needs, as well as deep diving into any traumas surrounding femininity, the ideas we might have grown up with around being a woman, and any fears or resistance there may be in this realm. I have seen firsthand many times how this inner work has magical results both on the physical body and on the state of well-being, peace, and radiance.
